The bug report that actually gets fixed fast

Paste the exact curl command that broke the converter and the output you expected, in the body of the email. No screenshots required — a reproducible command is worth ten screenshots. If the command contains a real token, redact it or replace it with a placeholder of the same shape; the converter only cares about structure.

Anything that converts wrong in one language target but right in another is a parser bug and gets priority: those asymmetries point straight at the handling gap in the tokenizer.

Response time

Business hours are optimistic, but replies inside two business days is the promise. Conversion bugs with a pasteable repro usually get a fix within the week.
